First Last

This is an amazing piece. As the husband of a borderline wife and mother, it is amazing how the husbands become everything to the children. They rely on us and we continue to hope our wives get better. I read and laughed about the article. How do we know when to give up though? What "if" we are the one in 100 who make it? The struggle for me is my children. To be honest, I can deal with the crazy making myself, but the struggle for me is are my kids better off with out their mom, or can I keep peace for them and allow them to have a "normal" life. I don't know the answer and certainly hope I can find it.
